Delivery & access
- 1-2 Day Delivery
- Delivery is between 8am and 7pm. DPD will text and email with a time slot on the morning of your delivery and once again 30 minuets before the delivery.
- For flats, standard delivery is to the ground floor main entrance only but usually drivers will deliver to your door.
- Two-man Delivery
- Your delivery will be booked in with you by telephone for a day that suites you Monday to Friday
- Receive text message when the driver is leaving the delivery before yours
- Your order delivered into your room of choice, all packaging removed and taken away, any assembly need will be done by our drivers
- Your order will only be dispatched when every item is available, if you would like a part delivery please contact customer services
- It is your responsibility to check that there is suitable access to your property
- You must provide us with working contact details so that we can contact you on the delivery date
- You must check your order confirmation email to make sure we have your correct delivery address
Returns & refunds
- Let us know within 30 days of receipt
- Items must be unused
- Return items in their original packaging where possible
- Refunds will be processed as soon as possible once checked in our warehouse but always with in 14 days
- If you do not like the item and wish to return you are responsible for the return costs, we Evelyn Lily Interiors will cover the cost of delivering to you.
- If you would like us to arrange the return by one of our couriers the return cost will be deducted from your refund
Distance selling regulations
- If you have ordered under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a statutory right to cancel your order up to 30 days after delivery, and receive a full refund
Damaged items
- Where possible, please call us on 01904 809336
- We will fix or replace any damaged item, or you can return the item for a full refund
- Risk of damage to or loss of the products will pass to you upon delivery
- Your statutory rights are not affected
Faulty items
- Please report any faults as soon as you notice them
- We will deliver new parts where possible, exchange the item or refund
- Your statutory rights are not affected
Prices, payment & security
- All prices are inclusive of VAT
- You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery
- Any pricing error shall be subject to correction without liability
Clearance items/ex display
- Clearance items/ex display from our stores are non-returnable and do not have a guarantee
Guarantee
- All our products come with a 1 year manufacturers’ guarantee unless otherwise stated. Clearance items, and any product purchased for commercial use, are not covered by any guarantee
Contract cancellation
- We will make every effort to fulfil your order, however we reserve the right to cancel at any time and will not be liable to you or any third party
- We also reserve the right to refuse any transaction for any reason, or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion
- If you want to change or cancel your delivery date, you must notify us 4 working days before delivery as orders are collected by our carriers in advance

- To process your order, we need to take some personal details such as your name and address. This information will not be used for any marketing purposes unless you state otherwise

- We take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions, dimensions, images and prices appearing on the Website and in company communications are correct. Any typographical, clerical or other error or omission shall be subject to correction without liability
