Deliveries and Returns
Delivery & access
- 1-2 Day Delivery
- Delivery is between 8am and 7pm. DPD will text and email with a time slot on the morning of your delivery and once again 30 minuets before the delivery.
- For flats, standard delivery is to the ground floor main entrance only but usually drivers will deliver to your door.
- Large Item Delivery 5-7 Working Day
- Your delivery will be booked in with you by telephone Monday to Sunday by the courier once the route has been planned
- Receive text message when the driver is leaving the delivery before yours
- Your order delivered into your room of choice, If access is available without the item been unpacked.
- Your order will only be dispatched when every item is available, if you would like a part delivery please contact customer services
- It is your responsibility to check that there is suitable access to your property
- You must provide us with working mobile contact details so that we can contact you on the delivery date
- You must check your order confirmation email to make sure we have your correct delivery address
- Delivery is free of charge to Uk main land, some areas of Scotland, Off Shore Islands and Northern Ireland the courier charge will be applied to your order at the check out. Delivery time to these areas will increase depending on the courier and the size of item. Large items 7-21 days.

Easy Returns
Returns & refunds
- Let us know within 30 days of receipt
- Items must be unused
- Return items in their original packaging where possible
- Refunds will be processed as soon as possible once checked in our warehouse but always with in 10 days
- If you do not like the item and wish to return you are responsible for the return costs, we Evelyn Lily Interiors will cover the cost of delivering to you.
- If you would like us to arrange the return by one of our couriers the return cost will be deducted from your refund
- In the unlikely event your item arrives damaged please let me know and we will arrange for a replacement to be ship straight out to you
